Our Walls Are True and Plumb

The masons have finished, having opened holes where there were none, and closed some up. Also, there is no longer the risk to pedestrians of getting beaned by a brick from our formerly bulging parapets. Our new steel doors on the east (alley) side, and our spiffy glass roll up door, plus another steel entry door on the Division St. side are installed and functional. We’ll be waiting on our new windows until late November, we are told. Meantime, we’ve got our paint for the ceilings and beams, so we can get that done while we wait. And, in anticipation of beginning plumbing work, we’ve scored a concrete saw for our trenching pleasure. Fun!(?)
