Chocolate and Beer Pairing

Be prepared to be surprised and delighted at our Pairing Chocolate with Beer event! Artisan chocolate producer Rajani Konkipudi, of Dwaar Chocolate, will talk about the sourcing of her cacao beans, the fermentation process, and making her variety of chocolates, including Baobab Fare’s Shokola chocolates.
Then it’s pairing time! 5 unique and amazing chocolates from Dwaar, and one surprise pairing, each paired with a Full Measure BC beer! Dwaar chocolates will then be available to purchase.
