May Beer Dinner Menu

Here’s a look at what we’ll be pairing a selection of our beers with at Beer Dinner #4 on May 19:

  • Amuse Bouche: We’ll surprise you!
  • 1st: Compressed asparagus & pea salad, Lemon ricotta mousse, Pickled shallot, Herb oil
  • 2nd: Crispy halloumi, Fermented garlic honey, Harissa oil, Spring herbs, Citrus
  • Intermezzo: We’ll surprise you!
  • 3rd: Eggplant Involtini, Whipped ricotta, Spring tomato, Pine nut, Basil
  • 4th: Strawberry & basil shortcake, Vanilla cream, strawberry gel, Basil oil.

We’re still finalizing the beer pairings, which should include a few of our new releases such as Montgolfier.
