Beer Dinner, Belgian Style **TICKETS ON SALE NOW**

In a little over a month, our Beer Dinner is returning from summer hiatus, with a Belgian theme. We’ll have some classic dishes like Carbonnade Flamande AKA Flemish Stew and Waterzooi, paired with GBW Witbier, Atmospherium Saison, Shetani Strong Golden Ale, and…

… Strong Dark Ale, AKA Quadrupel. We call ours Quadricycle, of course. This 10-percent-ish monster will be an intense red-amber, with rich molasses and prune flavors from amber invert sugar syrup courtesy of our friend and fellow brewer Matt Becker of Brewery Becker in Brighton. We are excitedly working out the details of every dish and beer pairing. The dinner will be Thursday September 24, 6-9PM; tickets are on sale HERE, and are sure to sell quickly.
